You will be responsible for creating and executing the business plans that support growth and bottom line profitability. You will be selling our ability to manage any and all segments of the recruiting process from requisition creation to new hire on-boarding, including specialty recruiting functions like career website management and employment branding. We provide talent for some of the best known companies in America, and are looking to accelerate our growth. This position is a demanding senior leadership position that is vital to the short and long term success of Novotus. This superstar will be leading the new business development efforts for the company. This will draw on his/her knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
• Development and implementation of sales strategies
• Solution sales methodology
• Competitive intelligence and market analysis
• Needs requirement analysis and solution recommendation
• Salesforce automation technology - pipeline management
• Lead generation
• Conference/Event management
• Channel partnership program management
• Sales collateral and presentation creation
• Existing relationships with industry analysts and other industry thought leaders
• Over time - sales management (to start, you will be the sole sales person with support from SLT members)
