Architect with 7-10 years experience should have strong technical skills and production/design experience related to preparation and layout of architectural construction documents and specifications. S/he will lead the project, coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team and also serve as primary client interface. ·         Other responsibilities include:·         Organizing client and team meetings.·         Coordinating schedules and workloads through DD and CD phases.·         Reviewing architectural documents for potential conflict with all disciplines.·         Coordinating RFIs and change orders. Candidate must have strong knowledge of codes; good planning skills; experience leading teams; ability to develop project budgets; and a working knowledge of cost estimating. AutoCAD experience required.
