Description
Immediate opening-long term contract.
Responsibilities:
Developing, delivering and assessing departmental training programs.
-Develop and deliver training modules and workshops to selected audiences
-Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods
-Select or develop teaching aids, such as training handbooks or materials, demonstration models, visual aides, or computer tutorials
-Evaluate the effectiveness of modules, workshops
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of basic training and learning principles
Knowledge of instructional systems design methods
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus two (2) years relevant work experience.
One (1) year of experience can substitute for the education on a one for one basis up to four (4) years.
