NetStreams is a very exciting start-up company founded in 2002, focused on the development and marketing of IP-based digital entertainment products using wired and wireless meshed networks to distribute networked audio, video, and control throughout a home or workplace.

Play an integral part of the newest and most advanced technologies by working in new product development!

If selected, you will join the NetStreams Engineering team, which is responsible for new product design and development. This is a brand new product line so you will have an opportunity to contribute significantly to its specification and development.

Some of your responsibilities would be to:

• Develop user interfaces using various development environments including Macromedia Flash
• Develop control software for industry leading IP-based audio and video distribution and home automation systems
• Assist in integration and testing of custom hardware

Required skills/experience includes:

• BSEE, BSCS or equivalent experience
• Experience with network applications
• At least 3 years experience developing user interfaces applications
• At least 5 years development experience

Preferred skills/experience:

• Experience developing applications on Microsoft Windows/Windows CE
• Real-time embedded application development is a major plus
• Experience with streaming media, 802.11, Universal Plug and Play, SOAP, and XML
