ERP Trainer (16069) – Austin

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an ERP TRAINER to join our team. This is a 100% travel position with no fixed location.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the evaluation of training materials/tools (CBT, on-line doc, etc.). Ensure adherence to the project standards in order to facilitate the development of training document. Utilize various templates and tools to develop end-user training materials. Develop detailed course outlines. Work closely with Key Users/Trainers within functional teams to develop and prepare ERP and business process training materials (including case examples and evaluation materials). Assist in validation of accuracy of work practice procedures on system. Work with functional teams and key users to set up the ERP training database. Test all training scenarios, exercises and case studies. Participate in material quality review. Run pilot training courses with designated key-users.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in ERP training development.
  
• Conducted ERP training in classroom environments.
  
• Knowledge of eLearning concepts.
  
• Work with training development teams & trainers in multiple modules.
  
• Knowledge of RWD Infopak, iTutor, or OnDemand training development tools.
  
• Prior Big-4 Consulting experience
  
• Strong indication of being a self-starter
