Responsibilities
We are a fast-moving technology company specializing in web application solutions for the Automotive Industry. We're looking for a strong Web Application Developer to work with an expert team. We need top talent to hit the ground running and to grow with the company.
This is a regular, full-time position (not a contract job), located in Austin, Texas.
•Use the ExtJs library to build dynamic interactive web applications.
•Take innovative concepts or ideas and bring them to life
•Plan and complete assigned projects, participate in project planning meetings and product design meetings
•Adhere to software development processes and standards
Requirements
•3+ years of web development experience
•Strong understanding of JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, AJAX, HTML, CSS, browser DOM and cross-browser issues.
•Proven experience with ASP.NET 2.0/3.5, Visual Studio 2005/2008, IIS, C#
•Strong understanding of Web UI design and exposure to Web UI design principles and patterns
•Strong database fundamentals (experience with Oracle a plus)
•Experience in developing high volume / highly scalable web-based solutions
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
•Ability to conceptualize applications from both a technical/programming perspective and a business point of view
•Keen attention to detail
