Data Entry Coordinator

As the Data Entry Coordinator, you will create a "WOW" experience when interacting with external and internal customers by consistently exceeding expectations. Under moderate supervision, the Data Entry Coordinator will provide data entry services for entry of new hire, enrollment and change information that impact our clients business and result in retention and growth. In this role, you will also provide daily support to the data entry team, Supervisor, Manager and Director, demonstrate initiative, willingness and ability to manage workflow while maintaining high quality, accuracy and capacity levels governed by service timelines. The Coordinator will also identify and communicate process improvement ideas that result in improved efficiency and effectiveness, as well as perform moderate decision-making governed by procedure, guided by policy and focused on daily operations with company wide impact.

Job Overview:

Administrative Support—
• Verify accuracy and completeness of documents for data entry into payroll database
• Enter data accurately from new hire, enrollment and change information, including benefits, direct deposit, flexible spending and other forms
• Coordinate communication of the department by stamping incoming paperwork submitted for data entry
• Maintain daily activity log, for submission to Supervisor, for production and efficiency tracking with each transaction
• Participate in Front Desk Receptionist relief
• Support process and audit efforts to ensure integrity and accountability for Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA compliance
• Safeguard the confidentiality of all information and prevent access by unauthorized individuals

General Team Support—
• Enable a positive customer service experience in a team environment through effective, professional, timely communication with team members
• Communicate directly with peer team members, Supervisor/Manager and Payroll Specialist/Team to provide input of accurate new employee paperwork to ensure service deadlines are met
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and methodology for confirming accuracy in all tasks

Other—
• Assist in the accomplishment of Administaff company goals
• Help other employees to accomplish Administaff company goals
• Participate in the Disaster Recovery Plan
