Bilingual Call Center Representatives Needed!! 20 openings!!

Candidates are responsible for handling inbound calls in a South Austin call center. Main responsibilities include interpreting calls between the Spanish speaking caller and the English speaking representative, and setting up and assisting with English and Spanish claim reports.

Start date: ASAP
Schedule: 10:15 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $12-15 per hour

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Background/experience that demonstrates consistent job stability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to deliver caring and attentive, knowledgeable, confident, helpful, and prompt phone service.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to solve problems and multitask while handling customer calls.
