This is a small office that is looking for someone who is detailed, has excellent communication skills and can work independently. Professionalism is a must because this person may be expected to interact with clients/customers.

Real estate/mortgage background
Enjoy working in an administrative capacity
Excellent data entry
Answer phones
Multi-task
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
